Q3: Who is more deserving of leading the prayer?
A3 : The one most deserving of leading the prayer is the one who is most proficient in reciting the Book of Allah, then the one who knows the jurisprudence of prayer, then the one who is most knowledgeable of the Sunnah, then the one who migrated earliest, then the oldest in age; based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):Jami` at-Tirmidhi 235Sahih (Darussalam) , the hadith. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
