A : It is permissible for one in a state of major ritual impurity to remember Allah (Exalted and Majestic is He) without reciting the Qur'an; for it is established that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to remember Allah in all his states, and the one in a state of major ritual impurity is only prohibited from reciting the Noble Qur'an. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
