A vow to carpet the mosque, but it was already carpeted

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 16139 )
Q: A man vowed to carpet a mosque in his village if Allah granted him a certain matter. Allah granted him that matter, and he wanted to fulfill the vow, but the mosque had already been carpeted with excellent carpeting. Is it permissible for him to donate the cost of that carpeting to the construction of a mosque in his village that is under construction and renovation, or must he carpet another mosque in the same town as the mosque for which the vow was made?
A: If the matter is as described and it becomes difficult for you to fulfill the vow in the specific mosque you designated in your village, it is permissible for you to transfer the carpet you vowed to another mosque that needs it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
