What is called Ahl al-Khutwa

The third question of Fatwa No. ( 10701 )
Q 3: Some men of the Sufiyyah claim that there are men called: (Ahl al-Khutwa). What is the meaning of this, and how valid is it from the standpoint of the Shari'ah , citing as evidence for their statement the authentic hadith: "My servant, obey me and you will be a servant of the Lord"?
A 3: The meaning of Ahl al-Khutwa is that they cover a long distance in a short time, violating custom and the cosmic law of Allah. Their claim is incorrect because there is no evidence for it, and what they cited as evidence is not established. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
