Eating from stolen money

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of the fatwa number ( 6371 )
Q3: A man is studying at the university, and his father works in stealing the money of Muslims, especially from the sacred lands in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia . Is it permissible for him to continue his studies and eat haram, even during his visits to him on some days?
A3: It is forbidden to eat from stolen money or to rely on it for expenses
of studies and other things; due to the generality of the evidence, such as his saying (peace and blessings be upon him)
Your blood, your properties, and your honor are sacred to one anotherإن دماءكم وأموالكم وأعراضكم عليكم حرام
Sahih al-Bukhari 1739
And as for if the stolen money is mixed with other lawful money, there is scholarly disagreement regarding benefiting from it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
