Divorce and taking back a wife without witnesses

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of fatwa number ( 14768 )
Q1: I am a woman whose husband divorced me while I was pregnant. About an hour later, he said he would take me back. Two days after that, we had sexual intercourse. The words of divorce were: "You are divorced." There were no witnesses to the divorce or the taking back. However, we later learned that there must be witnesses. I informed my father and mother of the divorce and the taking back, and this was after about a year had passed since the divorce and the taking back. Did the divorce actually take place and is it valid with the words: "You are divorced"? Is the taking back valid? And are we required to inform anyone other than my father and mother?
A1: Your husband’s divorce of you with the words: "You are divorced" is an explicit divorce, and it counts as one divorce. His taking you back is valid if this is not the third divorce. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
