Swearing by divorce to a man that he would send him his debt, and he sent it

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 212 )
Q: A man was demanding two hundred riyals from him, and he held him when he traveled to Riyadh demanding that he pay it off, so he swore to him by divorce that he would send him the amount from Riyadh, and he mentioned that when he arrived in Riyadh he sent him the amount, and he asks: Does anything become incumbent upon him given the situation as described?
A: If the matter is as the questioner described, that he swore by divorce that he would send his creditor the amount of two hundred riyals when he arrived in Riyadh and that when he arrived in Riyadh he sent the aforementioned amount—then in this situation, nothing becomes incumbent upon him
because he did not break his oath. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
