A partnership in which one of the partners participates with his name only in exchange for a share of the profit

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first and second questions of Fatwa No. ( 12844 )
Q1, 2: One of the sisters has a workshop, and she wants to register it in my name so that I can provide her with workers and handle the paperwork and transactions for the workshop through me. In return, I take a percentage of the workshop's profits. Is there any harm in this? One of the brothers wants to open a taxi (limousine) office, and the office is to be in my name, while he and his associates do the work. Is it permissible for me to take a percentage of the profit in exchange for registering the office in my name?

A1, 2: It is not permissible to open the workshop and the car rental office in your name in exchange for taking a share of the profit; because of the lying involved in them, taking money without right, and violating the order of the one in authority. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
