Purchasing books on installment

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 16103 ):
Q2: A student of knowledge needs some books on tawhid (the oneness of Allah), fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence), and the Prophet’s biography, but he does not have the money to buy the books. Is it permissible for him to take these books on installment, even if the price is higher than the actual cost? The brother who needs the books, the author of this message, is a simple worker and needs religious education.
A2: It is permissible to purchase books on installment, just like other goods, provided that the due date for each installment is known, and likewise if the installments are known and the due date is known.
