A: It is not permissible to give zakah to imprisoned disbelievers, but there is no harm in helping them from other sources, as Allah the Mighty and Majestic said:[Al-Mumtahanah 60:8] And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
