Some of the brothers, the mu'adhdhins or the ma'mums, come to the mosque before the sun sets and do not pray the greeting

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : He says: "Your Eminence, the Shaykh, some of the brothers, the mu'adhdhins or the ma'mums,

The Shaykh : or?

The questioner : or the ma'mums, come to the mosque before the sun sets and do not pray the greeting. They sit on the wall that serves as a backrest and say: 'This is not sitting because it is not on the ground and it did not exist in the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).' They do this out of embarrassment. What is your guidance?"

The Shaykh : My guidance is that I ask Allah (Mighty and Majestic) to protect me, him, and the listeners from the accursed Shaytan. Glory be to Allah! Has the situation reached this point with a believer? He sits on the wall made for leaning against and does not pray, while he knows that the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
If anyone of you enters a Mosque, he should not sit until he has offered a tworak` at prayer. إذا دخل أحدكم المسجد فلا يجلس حتى يصلي ركعتين
Sahih al-Bukhari 1167
And his statement that "this is not sitting" is a delusion from Shaytan. If we say this is not sitting, it means that everyone who sits on chairs is not sitting. And even if it were not sitting, your time spent without prayer is wasted. Let everyone know that a person's life and his gain in this world is what he spends in obedience to Allah. So I advise this man, for the sake of Allah: do not let Shaytan play tricks on you. Pray, and if you cannot pray standing, sit on this wall. When you bow, stand up and bow and prostrate as you do in other prayers. Make the most of your time, for time passes quickly and life goes by entirely. And I say: his action is a sin against the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), because everyone knows that this man is what? Sitting. They have no doubt about this. So how does he deceive himself and say that he is not sitting? Yes.
