The Shaykh : Theoretically, yes, because practically they cannot do anything, except perhaps abroad, as we hear that they smash and break things, and this is the path of humiliation for them in the eyes of their enemies.

The questioner : Yes, but if it becomes easy for them, is it obligatory for them to join the war, or must they abstain from it?

The Shaykh : It is obligatory for every Muslim, not just every Iraqi, but I say the danger is what I mentioned earlier.
