The Shaykh’s clarification of the ruling on the use of external speakers in the adhan and iqamah.

The Shaykh : And this opens a path for me to point out something I see as contrary to the Shari'ah, even from the perspective of the means regarding which you have heard what I said about the permissibility of adopting them:
The entire Islamic world today uses a means to transmit the voice of the mu'adhdhin to the farthest place that voice can reach. This is a prescribed matter, because there is evidence from the Prophetic hadiths that draws attention to the fact that one of the objectives of the Wise Lawgiver is for the voice of the mu'adhdhin to be resonant and loud, reaching as far as the voice of a man with a loud voice can reach. This is known from several hadiths, one of which is what came in the story of the legislative beginning of the adhan, which is known to you, if Allah wills, and its summary is: a vision that one of the Companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw after...
...he struck the bell, and the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) rejected all of that. "When the Companion saw in his dream a man holding a bell in his hands, he asked him, 'Will you sell me this bell?' He said, 'Why?' He said, 'So that we can strike it at the times of prayer.' He said, 'Shall I not direct you to something better than that?—and to summarize, he called the adhan and then the iqamah—his adhan was from a high place, as came in the narration: he stood on the wall of a root and called the adhan, then he came down'. All of this is stipulated in the dream, "then he came down and called the iqamah on the ground. When he related the vision to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), he (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
It is a true vision, so assign it to Bilal, for his voice is more resonant than yours. إنها رؤيا حق، فألقه على بلال فإنه أندى صوتًا منك
"

The point in this hadith is his saying (peace and blessings be upon him):
Go out with Bilal to the mosque and teach it to him, for he has a louder voice than you. ألقه على بلال فإنه أندى صوتًا منك
Sunan Ibn Majah 706
: So the resonance and loudness of the voice is an objective of the Wise Lawgiver, because the circle of its transmission will expand for the time of entering the prayer. So true is Allah (Mighty and Majestic) regarding this means today by which the voice is heard by those near and far. This means was used to broadcast the adhan, but in my opinion, the broadcasters or users of this means fell into a legal contravention from another aspect. What I imagine or what comes to my mind are two forms of the non-legitimacy of using this means, which was permitted for use in calling the adhan.
