Does the noble verse, “Until when the promise of the Hereafter comes, We will bring you forth in a crowd,” refer to Palestine?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The noble verse, “Until when the promise of the Hereafter comes, We will bring you forth in a crowd,”
The student:
and when there comes the promise of the Hereafter, We will bring you forth in [one] gathering." فإذا جاء وعد الآخرة جئنا بكم لفيفا
[Al-Isra 17:104]

The questioner : Yes

The Shaykh : Yes

The questioner : What is the ruling on the gathering of the Jews in Palestine?

The Shaykh : No, that is a historical event that has passed. Some of the modern exegetes today try to apply the verses in the beginning of Surat al-Isra to the reality of the Jews today, but this does not mean that what happened is the same as what the Noble Qur'an promised. Allah knows best. The early scholars of tafsir mentioned that this event occurred before. There is no god but Allah.
