Ruling on Giving Charity to the Relief Organization

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
His Eminence the Shaykh: What is your opinion if I sacrifice here and pay the value of the udhiyah to the Islamic Relief Organization to be slaughtered there?
There is nothing wrong with that,Meaning: a person who wants to sacrifice in his country and give charity to those poor people, there is nothing wrong with that; this is good, and it encourages people to do this,He gets both benefits: for the benefit of the udhiyah, and for the benefit of his brothers there.
And I want the money he pays to be intended not only for a sacrificial animal, but also to buy food, clothing, or bedding.

He says: These are coins with which they buy what they need; they may need food, they may need meat, they may need bedding, they may need clothes, so you make it a charity, and say: give it to them for their benefit.
