The Jurisprudence of the Eclipse Prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Praise be to Allah; we praise Him, seek His help, and seek His forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allah from the evils of our own souls and from the badness of our deeds. Whoever Allah guides, no one can mislead, and whoever He misleads, no one can guide. And I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, with no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger. Allah the Exalted sent him with guidance and the religion of truth to make it prevail over all other religions. So he conveyed the message, fulfilled the trust, advised the Muslim community, and struggled in the cause of Allah with true struggle until Allah Mighty and Majestic took him to Himself. May the prayers and peace of Allah be upon him, upon his family and his Companions, and upon those who follow them with excellence until the Day of Judgment.

To proceed: For on this Thursday, the sixteenth of the month of Jumada al-Akhirah, we meet with you for the third time this year (1413 AH), and we ask Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) to make it a blessed and beneficial meeting.
We were discussing the exegesis of the Noble Qur'an, from the beginning of Surat al-Naba to the end of the Qur'an, because Muslims listen to these surahs frequently due to their frequent recitation in the prayers. However, today we will speak about an event that occurred yesterday, which is the lunar eclipse.
