Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and his Companions, and upon those who follow them with excellence until the Day of Judgment.

To proceed: We had stopped in our explanation of Juz 'Amma at Surat al-Takwir, and here we are beginning with it, if Allah wills, in this session corresponding to (Thursday)the first of the month of Dhu al-Qa'dah in the year (1413 AH) .

So we say: Allah the Mighty and Majestic said: In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
(1) When the sun is wrapped up [in darkness] (2) And when the stars fall, dispersing, (3) And when the mountains are removedإِذَا الشَّمْسُ كُوِّرَتْ * وَإِذَا النُّجُومُ انكَدَرَتْ * وَإِذَا الْجِبَالُ سُيِّرَتْ
[al-Takwir:1-3] until He said:
A soul will [then] know what it has brought [with it].عَلِمَتْ نَفْسٌ مَا أَحْضَرَتْ
[al-Takwir:14].
