Ruling on selling what one does not own

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
What is the ruling on a man who sells on installment, but the goods are not available to him?For example: For example, he finds a car worth one thousand dinars with another seller,So you go to this institution and say: and he does not have the money, so he sells it to you with an increase of (30%), knowing that it has not moved from the first seller’s place?

Here is a question: A man saw a car in a showroom and liked it and wanted to buy it, but he did not have the money,So he came to a merchant and said: so he said, "Lend me fifty thousand to buy this car."So he said: The seller said, "There is no problem, I will lend you fifty thousand, but it will be sixty thousand on you in installments."
What do you say about this? It is not permissible.

If the merchant says: "I will buy it from the showroom, give him the fifty thousand, and sell it to you on installment for sixty thousand?" — This is a ruse — It is not permissible; because the matter is one,The reality is: that he lent you its value with an increase; because he did not buy this car except for your sake; had you not come and said this to him, he would not have bought it.
Yes, if a person had cars prepared for sale and a person came to buy for cash,He said: for fifty thousand,And when he said: and said, "I want it on installment," and he said, "For sixty thousand," there is no problem, he is free,He may say to the buyer: it is fifty thousand cash on you, or sixty thousand on installment, so the buyer takes it with this or that,As for saying: "Go and look for the car that suits you in the showrooms, then I will buy it on my account and then sell it to you."
This is a ruse and there is no problem with it.

The questioner: Even if you had requested it from him?The Shaykh: Whether requested or not requested, had it not been for you, he would not have bought it; indeed, had it not been for the riba (usury or interest) he would take from you, he would not have bought it.

If he says: "I will buy it for you for fifty and sell it to you for fifty?" This is a loan,We say: instead of saying "I will buy it and sell it to you," give him fifty thousand riyals as a loan and he will give it to you.
And with this, this meeting ends; we will return, if Allah wills, to another meeting next week. May Allah guide us and you, and provide us and you with beneficial knowledge and righteous deeds.
