A question regarding the maintenance of intention in all actions

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Your Eminence! When Allah the Exalted says:
So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship].فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانْصَبْ
[al-Sharh: 7] I mean: I have something on my mind, which is that a Muslim, specifically a student of knowledge, should strive to keep all his time occupied, either with worship or with worldly work that benefits him. But, O Shaykh, is a continuous good intention sufficient for this, or does one need to renew his intention for every action, which happens many times?
Without a doubt, remembering the intention at the time of the action and accompanying it with the action is far better. If a person habituates himself to this, it becomes easy for him. However, if one does not reach this higher state, then at least he should aim for the lower state, meaning that whenever a person wakes up, he intends a good intention that he will not do any work except for the sake of Allah the Mighty and Majestic, whether it is religious or worldly. I hope that this is sufficient, and that the intention here is maintained in terms of ruling, not in terms of verbal recitation, but maintaining it with verbal recitation is better.
