The obligation to lower the gaze from the wife of one's maternal uncle or paternal uncle

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
In our region in the south, they call the wife of the maternal uncle "khalah" (maternal aunt) and the wife of the paternal uncle "ammah" (paternal aunt), and so on. They believe there is no harm in her uncovering herself in front of him. She comes to greet you without shaking hands, and she may be over forty years old, but she enters from the door and greets you while uncovered. What is your opinion on this?
Our view on this is that it is an error for a woman to uncover herself in front of a non-mahram. The wife of the paternal uncle and the wife of the brother are not mahrams. However, the wife of the son or the father is a mahram. Therefore, it is obligatory that customs be subject to the Shari'ah.
He must lower his gaze and first advise her,And he says: saying that this is not permissible. If she benefits from the advice, that is what is desired. If she does not benefit, he lowers his gaze. But if she is not a relative, he does not go to her at all.
