The ruling on greeting the people of the graveyards when passing by the wall

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
What is the ruling on greeting the people of the graveyards when passing by the wall of the graveyard?

The scholars (may Allah have mercy on them) said: It is recommended to greet the people of the graveyards, whether you pass by or stop. However, stopping and making du'a with what was reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is better than merely passing by. This is especially true since people nowadays usually pass by in cars at high speed, so a person does not complete a quarter of the dhikr before he has passed the graveyard.
