The Time for the Morning and Evening Dhikr

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
What is the time at which it becomes permissible to recite the morning and evening adhkar, and does it have a time at which it ends?
It is well known that the evening is from the sun reaching its zenith until midnight, and that the morning is from the appearance of the dawn until the sun reaches its zenith. However, the closer one is to the dawn, for example, the closer one is to hitting the mark, and the closer one is to the evening, the closer one is to hitting the mark. But there are things specified as being after sunset,For example: (Whoever recites the Verse of the Throne at night),And for example: (Whoever recites the two verses at the end of Surat al-Baqarah at night, they will suffice him). So the important point is that what is restricted to the night is at night, and what is not restricted, the evening is broad.
