The stronger position is that it is not repeated; because it only occurred once during the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). However, a person should look: if the eclipse is slight and it begins to clear, he shortens the prayer; otherwise, he lengthens the prayer. If he says that he lengthened the prayer and then he concluded the prayer, but the eclipse had not cleared,We say to him: he should supplicate and seek forgiveness from Allah, remember Allah, and say Allahu Akbar; as came in the hadith.
