Permissibility of marrying two women, the first being a free woman and the second a slave woman

Your Eminence! Ibn Qudamah al-Maqdisi (may Allah have mercy on him) mentioned in his book al-Kafi: In the Book of Marriage, Chapter on Division, that if a man marries a free woman and a slave woman, he should allocate two nights to the free woman and one night to the slave woman. How can he marry a slave woman alongside a free woman, given that most scholars stated that this is not permissible except under two conditions: fear of harm.
And the absence of excess for the free woman?
This is possible. Perhaps the free woman is not sufficient for him, and if she is not sufficient for him, he must marry another. If he does not find a free woman but finds a slave woman, then that is permissible.
However, his allocating one night to the slave woman and two nights to the free woman is questionable; because when he married her and it was made permissible for him to marry her, it became obligatory for him to be just between them. And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: (Whoever has two wives and leans toward one of them, he will come on the Day of Resurrection with one side of his body tilted) This hadith is general, (he had two wives), and this man has two wives, so he must be just between them.
