Ruling on a child touching the mushaf without ritual purity

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
What is the ruling on children touching the mushaf without ritual purity?

Some scholars granted a dispensation on the grounds that: The child is not accountable and not obligated, so the obligation is lifted from him; let him touch it even without ritual purity. But this reasoning is flawed, indeed dead;Because we say to this man: What do you say if he prays without ritual purity? Would you say: he is not obligated to perform wudu? No.

We say: He must perform wudu, otherwise he does not pray.

Likewise, regarding touching the mushaf, we say: If the evidence indicates that it is not permissible to touch the mushaf except with ritual purity, then the child should purify himself. However, some scholars granted a dispensation that is easier than this,He said: regarding the young ones, they may touch the mushaf on the condition: that their hands do not fall upon the letters,Rather, he touches it from the side, on the condition: that this be from the cut-out pieces of the tablets that children usually carry, so they permitted it, and the practice is based on this opinion.
As for if the child is reading from the mushaf, wudu is necessary.
