The Meaning of the Hadith: "The Worst Water on the Face of the Earth is the Water of the Valley of Barghut"?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : I read in "Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah", Volume Three, up to its end
The best water on the face of the earth is the water of Zamzam; in it is food from hunger and healing from sickness. And the worst water on the face of the earth is the water of the Valley of Barghut, the remnant of Hadramawt, like a man [suffering from] a plague of crawling insects; it flows in the morning and by evening there is no water in it.
What is the meaning of the second part of the hadith
And the worst waterوشر ماء
You should refer to the book "Al-Nihayah fi Gharib al-Hadith" by Ibn al-Athir, for I do not have the answer at my disposal.
