What is your advice for the young Muslim who lives under the oppression of tyrants in this age? Many preachers have been prevented from delivering sermons, and some have been dismissed from their jobs for speaking the word of truth?

The Shaykh : What you mentioned is part of the trial from Allah (Mighty and Majestic), meaning it is inevitable for the believers. We advise these tested brothers, the preachers and students of knowledge whose salaries were cut or who were prevented from teaching, to remember what our earliest predecessors suffered at the beginning of the establishment of the Islamic call. What befalls Islamic preachers today is far less than what befall the earliest predecessors, as we mentioned in our explanation of the saying of Allah (the Exalted):
Do the people think that they will be left to say, "We believe" and they will not be tried? أَحَسِبَ النَّاسُ أَنْ يُتْرَكُوا أَنْ يَقُولُوا آمَنَّا وَهُمْ لَا يُفْتَنُونَ
[Al-'Ankabut 29:2]
We advise all students of knowledge not to tie their faith and knowledge to specific individuals. That is why I began my speech with the report of Abu Bakr: "Whoever used to worship Muhammad, then Muhammad has died, and whoever used to worship Allah, then Allah is alive and does not die." So, if one is prevented, he may be prevented by Allah for a reason that is inevitable, and every living being must meet it. So what should students of knowledge do in that case? Should they turn back on their heels? The answer is no; rather, they should persevere in seeking knowledge through the prescribed means, which are known, of course. Either they receive knowledge from scholars, or, regarding Saudi Arabia, by corresponding with other Islamic countries, where there are many, praise be to Allah. Or, if it is not possible for them to find a scholar from whom to receive knowledge directly, they should study the books of scholars who are known and attested to for beneficial knowledge, righteousness, asceticism, uprightness, and fear of Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He). This is mostly found in the scholars of the past and is rare among modern scholars. So, in summary, the answer is that they should be patient if they are afflicted and tested, that they should stand firm, and that they should continue.
