The Meaning of the Author's Statement: The Chapter on Its Conditions and What Is Prohibited

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Then the author said: "The Chapter on Its Conditions".
One would have expected him to say: "Its conditions," because sales is a plural, yes, and a plural requires the pronoun referring back to it to be a plural pronoun. But it seems that the author (may Allah have mercy on him), when he saw that sales here is a plural because of the types while the genus is one, returned the pronoun here to this plural considering the genus, not considering the types.
It has been mentioned to us previously that conditions is the plural of condition, and in the language it means: the sign. From this is His saying, the Exalted:
Then do they await except that the Hour should come upon them unexpectedly? But already there have come [some of] its indications فهل ينظرون إلَّا السَّاعة أن تأتيهم بغتة فقد جاء أشراطها
[Muhammad 47:18]
. That is: their signs.
And in the Shari'ah: that which, if it is absent, results in absence, and if it is present, does not necessarily result in presence.
And his saying: "And What Is Prohibited" means: what is prohibited from sales.
And what is prohibited from sales is much less than what is permitted, because what is prohibited is counted, and what is permitted is bounded, and this is counted, and the counted is less than the bounded, because it is limited by its number.
And his saying: "What Is Prohibited" includes what Allah prohibited, or what the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) prohibited.
