The Shaykh : There is no difference in the permissibility of dealing with a Muslim or with a disbeliever residing in the land of Islam, provided that the transaction is in accordance with the Islamic Shari'ah. There must not be any buying or selling of what is forbidden to buy and sell, nor any dealing based on riba (usury or interest) or the like. However, the mere fact that the person with whom the Muslim is dealing is not a Muslim does not make his transaction forbidden. Yes.
