Warning the questioners against selfishness and self-love, and explaining the hadith: (None of you truly believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself).

The Shaykh : ... and we seek His forgiveness, and we seek refuge in Allah from the evils of our own souls and from the badness of our deeds. Whoever Allah guides, no one can mislead, and whoever He leaves to mislead, no one can guide. And I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, with no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger,
O you who have believed, fear Allah as He should be feared and do not die except as Muslims [in submission to Him].
[Ali 'Imran 3:102]
,
O mankind, fear your Lord, who created you from one soul and created from it its mate and dispersed from both of them many men and women. And fear Allah, through whom you ask one another, and the wombs. Indeed Allah is ever, over you, an Observer.
[An-Nisa 4:1]
,
(70) O you who have believed, fear Allah and speak words of appropriate justice. (71) He will [then] amend for you your deeds and forgive you your sins. And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger has certainly attained a great attainment.
[Al-Ahzab 33:70-71]
. As for what follows:
Indeed, the best of speech is the speech of Allah, and the best of guidance is the guidance of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), and the worst of matters are their innovations, and every innovation is a religious innovation, and every religious innovation is misguidance, and every misguidance is in the Fire. And after that:
Before proceeding to answer these questions, I want to remind our brother questioners of a noble Islamic character trait. This trait is that the Muslim should not be selfish, and should not love good for himself only, but rather he should love it for his Muslim brothers as well, just as he loves it for himself, in response to the hadith of his Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said:
None of you will have faith till he wishes for his (Muslim) brother what he likes for himself.
Sahih al-Bukhari 13
. This hadith is explicit in encouraging the Muslim to love for his Muslim brother the good that he loves for himself. This applies to hundreds, if not thousands, of issues. The example I want to give now is that a questioner asks as if there were no questioner other than himself. He crams question after question, and question after question. When will the answerer have time to answer the other questions if the questioner asks and writes what is called today a "journal" or newspaper of questions? Therefore, every one of you must make room for the others. Each of you should ask one question until the page is filled and there is time to answer the others' questions. If the questions and answers are finished and there is still some time left in our hands, then the next questioner should have prepared his question. This is better than me having to take this paper, for example, and answer one question, only for the questioner to raise his finger and expose his situation by saying, "There is still another question." No, let each of you be content to ask one question. If the questions follow one by one, and the answers are finished and we have no more time, then new questions are asked, and so on. So now, listen here.
