about the hadith of 'Uqbah (that in every gesture there are ten good deeds). What is the meaning of the gesture in the hadith?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : My teacher, I have a question that came to mind, and it concerns what is narrated as marfu' and mawquf from 'Uqbah, which is:
In every gesture, there are ten good deeds. في كل إشارة عشرة حسنات
I found it in al-Tabarani's al-Mu'jam al-Kabir on a sound or good chain, mawquf from his statement, but I saw, my teacher, that the scholars' categorization of it differs in reality. Some of the scholars categorize it under raising the hands in prayer.

The Shaykh : Yes, exactly.

The questioner : And some of the scholars, and I did not find anyone except one, and he is the author of Kanz al-'Umal, who categorizes it under gesturing with the finger. So what is your opinion, my teacher?

The Shaykh : I seem to have been inclined toward this second one, but you have reminded me of its text now.
Al-Halabi : Its text is:
In every gesture in the prayer, ten good deeds are written for him, and in every finger, one good deed. في كل إشارة في الصلاة عشر حسنات يكتب له في كل إصبع حسنة
These are the things I found with chains of narration, but al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar in al-Talkhis, and Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal in the Masail of 'Abdullah from him, noted it as a note without a chain of narration:
Whoever raises his hands in the prayer, for him in every gesture are ten good deeds. من رفع يديه في الصلاة فله بكل إشارة عشرة حسنات
But I did not find a chain for the wording "who raised" that I have.

The Shaykh : As for the ones that have chains of narration, they are with the wording:
Whoever gestures. من أشار

The questioner :
In every gesture, ten good deeds, or ten good deeds are written for him in every gesture. في كل إشارة عشر حسنات أو يكتب له في كل إشارة عشرة حسنات
.

The Shaykh : By Allah, this seems to me, from its wording
Every كل
, that the closest is raising the hands because it is repeated. But there is no harm in making the wording more comprehensive for this, so that it includes gesturing in the tashahhud as well, with the common factor that it is a gesture. In that case, it combines the two statements and the disagreement is also resolved. This is my opinion, and Allah knows best.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good. By Allah, my teacher, this is the opinion that was in my mind, but I wanted to support it from your statement, my Shaykh.

The Shaykh : Welcome.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : May Allah preserve you

The questioner : Our brother Wathiq wants to greet you.

The Shaykh : Welcome.

The questioner : Peace be upon you, and Allah's mercy and blessings.

The Shaykh : Peace be upon you, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings and His forgiveness.

The questioner : How are you, our Shaykh.

The Shaykh : I praise Allah and thank Him. How are you?

The questioner : May Allah bless you.

The Shaykh : And are all your children well?

The questioner : They are all well and they greet you.

The Shaykh : Praise be to Allah. May Allah keep you safe.

The questioner : My Shaykh, I have two questions that I did not understand.

The Shaykh : Please, go ahead.
