Is it permissible for someone working in a clinic to take medicine from it for his children and friends?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : In a question from Dr. Nishan, he says: This was sent by a brother doctor from the UAE...

The Shaykh : Well, birds fall according to their kind.

The questioner : He says: I am an employee working in a hospital, and by virtue of my job, I am able to obtain medicine for free for myself and my children. Recently, a law was issued regarding foreigners, requiring them to obtain a health card. With this, obtaining the card requires paying an amount of forty dinars, ten dirhams for each person who comes, and the one who does not have it pays forty dinars, the one who has the card pays ten, and the one who does not have it pays forty. The question is: what he takes of medicine for himself, his children, or his friend, is it forbidden, and what is its ruling?

The Shaykh : So I understand that it is without a card?

The questioner : Without a card.

The Shaykh : Then it is not permissible.

The questioner : They have two cards, a card for ten dirhams and a card for forty dirhams.

The Shaykh : In any case, the answer is one, meaning the one who takes the ten-dirham card does not take the forty-dirham card, it is absolutely not permissible... And it is not permissible for us to obey our selves and pass it off and return it to deviation in dealing with people, and the goal, my brother, does not justify the means, meaning this is a poor person, meaning if he is poor, do we make the forbidden permissible for him? I am telling you when the forbidden becomes permissible, when the poor person reaches a state of distress and hardship, it is permitted for him to steal, and this is what we do not imagine in this age, at that time we say the forbidden things became permissible for him, where is this person.
