If the direction of the qiblah is unclear, in which direction should one pray for it to be valid? What is your ruling?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The questioner asked: "The question is about one for whom the qiblah is unclear: in which direction should he pray for it to be valid? It was also said that the question refers to performing voluntary prayers on a mount while traveling. What is your ruling? May Allah reward you with good."

The Shaykh : The Shaykh said: "The intended meaning of the hadith is clear to me. It is that whoever is far from seeing the Ka'bah, whether that seeing is visual or scientific, is, if he is north of the Ka'bah, facing a direction between the east and the west. That is his qiblah. In this situation, he is not obligated to hit the exact direction of the Ka'bah in his prayer. He is not obligated to do that; rather, he faces the direction of the Ka'bah. So if he leans to the left or to the right such that he is not facing the east or the west, but rather what is between them, his prayer is valid and correct."
This is what the hadith conveys, and nothing more.
