The methodology of da'wah and the style of da'wah must be distinguished.

Because we must distinguish between da'wah and its style. Da'wah is an individual obligation (fard 'ayn) for every Muslim to adopt, but it is not an individual obligation (fard 'ayn) for every Muslim to be a da'i. Furthermore, if one is a da'i, we cannot imagine that the styles are uniform or that the style can be taught and instilled in all people. This is impossible. Therefore, we should be gentle with the general public in inviting them to our Salafi da'wah, and likewise with our Salafi brothers who do a poor job of the Salafi da'wah; we must also be gentle with them. After this introduction, I return to the core of the matter. Perhaps your first question concerns what is certain to us: that the adhan in this country is called either before the time or after the time. You addressed the adhan called after the time by about ten minutes. In my opinion, it is better to address the other matter, where they call the adhan before the time by approximately half an hour, varying between one-third of an hour and half an hour depending on the season. They invalidate the prayer of the worshippers in many mosques, where they pray the Fajr prayer before the true dawn. The important point now is that we must distinguish between da'wah and the style of da'wah. The situation differs greatly between a person who lives in a mosque that is Salafi and another mosque that is Khalafi; one must distinguish between one mosque and another. Likewise, one must distinguish between announcing the lawful iftar to some people and others. For example, if they are your brothers who have the principle of adhering to the Sunnah, there is no objection; indeed, it is obligatory for you to break your fast in front of them after the time of iftar (the setting of the sun) has entered, and before the adhan that is called today based on astronomical timing. However, if they are a group of people who have never heard of the da'wah of the Book and the Sunnah or the Salafi da'wah, then the da'i should truly think long and hard about how to raise this issue. I tell you personally, about myself and some of my brothers in Ramadan: I see the sun set from my house because it is elevated, so I break my fast, then I hear the adhan and go down to pray with the congregation. Thus, I combine between the two virtues: the virtue of hastening to break the fast, as the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said in the well-known hadith:
My community will remain in a state of well-being as long as they hasten to break their fast.
Sunan ad-Darimi 2:28
There is also another hadith that encourages hastening the performance of the Maghrib prayer:
My people will continue to prosper (or he said, to follow Islam), as long as they do not postpone the sunset prayer till the stars are not in abundance.
Mishkat al-Masabih 609, 610
Therefore, the practical Sunnah was that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)
He would break his fast with dates, or with a sip of water, and then pray Maghrib.
He would hasten both matters to combine between the two virtues. So, personally, I break my fast at home and then go down to pray in the mosque. But it is not permissible to conceal this Sunnah, as was the case before these recent days. No one had any news at all that the mu'adhdhin calls the adhan ten minutes after the sun sets. No one had any news at all that the mu'adhdhins for the Fajr prayer call the adhan half an hour before the time, and that most mosques were praying the Fajr prayer before its time. If the scholars knew the Shari'ah ruling and concealed it, their concealment of knowledge was a calamity for them in this world and the Hereafter. Allah (Mighty and Majestic), as we all know, took the covenant and pledge from the scholars to make it clear to the people and not conceal it, as is in the Noble Qur'an, and as he (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
he will be bridled with bridle of fire.
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2649Hasan (Darussalam)
So the matter requires wisdom, but for the reason that our Lord said in the Noble Qur'an:
and whoever has been given wisdom has certainly been given much good
[Al-Baqarah 2:269]
And He said in the other verse:
But none is granted it except those who are patient, and none is granted it except one having a great portion [of good].
[Fussilat 41:35]
