It seems to me that you mean you noticed this matter before al-Mu'allimi. Of course, Ibn 'Abd al-Hadi’s words are well known, and al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar’s words, as you mentioned, are well known. But did you, Shaykh, alert people to this and draw their attention to it before al-Mu'allimi?
