And He is the Exalter of those who obey Him, and this *** is true exaltation without any falsity
And He is the Humiliator of whom He wills, with the humiliation of *** the two abodes: the humiliation of misery and the humiliation of disgrace
He is the Withholder and the Giver, so this is His grace *** and withholding is the very justice for the one who is given
He bestows by His mercy and withholds from whom He wills, *** with wisdom, and Allah is the possessor of authority
