What do we say about those who try to negate the report of Ibn Abbas, "disbelief less than disbelief"?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Our Shaykh, may Allah preserve you, we see much in these days a trial that has spread among many of the youth, which is the trial of declaring people disbelievers (takfir), and none is safe from it except whom Allah has shown mercy.

The Shaykh : Correct.

The questioner : So what do you say, our Shaykh, may Allah preserve you, about the one who does not distinguish in the saying of Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him), "disbelief less than disbelief," and tries to negate this phrase from the Salaf?

The Shaykh : We say that they are one of two people: either ignorant or willfully ignorant, and Allah is their accountant. What can we say more than that? You have already seen the tape concerning the response to these people, and that is necessary.

The questioner : Yes.

The Shaykh : As for this message, as for what we say about them, you have known what we say, and it is hopefully clear, if Allah wills.
Abu Layla : We are saving time for the Shaykh to take advantage of the opportunity with you.

The Shaykh : We are with him and his companion.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good.
