Is it permissible to marry with the intention of divorce, and what is the difference between that and temporary marriage?

The Shaykh : Marrying with the intention of divorce is forbidden because it is deception and fraud against the wife and her family. If the wife and her family knew that this man was only marrying with the intention of divorce, they would not have given her to him. If he concealed this from them, he is deceiving them. If he made it clear to them, it becomes a temporary marriage because he entered into this condition that he would divorce her. Accordingly, marrying with the intention of divorce is forbidden, whether it is stipulated verbally or the person intends it in his heart. Then, the foolish people, based on the opinion that it is permissible, used to go to other countries to get married. In reality, they went to commit fornication, may Allah protect us from that. There are people among the foolish who were living in luxury who would go to countries during vacations. He would go to marry with the intention of divorce. No scholar can say that this matter is permissible. The only scholars who permitted marrying with the intention of divorce did so in the case where a person is a stranger who traveled for the purpose of trade or seeking knowledge, but due to his need to chaste himself, he married with the intention that when he returns to his country, he would divorce her. This is the matter in which there is disagreement. As for going with the purpose of marrying with the intention of divorce, this is fornication and there is no doubt in it. No scholar says it is permissible. Therefore, a person must fear Allah. It has reached us that some of them go to other countries and marry with the intention of divorce for a week, and then when he travels to another country, he goes to marry with the intention of divorce for a week. You find that in a vacation which is five weeks, he marries five women. There is no doubt that this is playing with the religion of Allah and it is a trick to circumvent the prohibitions of Allah, Mighty and Majestic.
