Explanation of how to place the hands after rising from the bowing.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Where does he place his hands when he rises from the bowing? Imam Ahmad (may Allah have mercy on him) stated that he has the choice: if he wishes, he places his right hand on the left forearm or on the wrist, and if he wishes, he lets them hang down. Some scholars said: rather, he lets them hang down. And some scholars said: rather, he places the right hand on the left, on the forearm or on the wrist. This third opinion is the correct one, meaning that he clasps his hands after the bowing just as he clasps them before the bowing. My saying "he clasps" does not mean that he holds them like this, but rather that he places his right hand on the forearm of his left hand or on its wrist.
