The Reciter: In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send prayers and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon his family and all his Companions.
The Imam al-Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) said in the Book of Ablution in his Sahih, under the chapter:
"The chapter on the water used to wash human hair".
And Ahmad ibn Shabib said: Our father narrated to us from Yunus from Ibn Shihab, who said: Hamzah ibn 'Abdullah narrated to me from his father, who said:
the dogs used to go here and there in the mosque in the time of God’s messenger and that they did not sprinkle any place where they had been كانت الكلاب تبول وتقبل وتدبر في المسجد في زمان رسول الله صلّى الله عليه وسلم فلم يكونوا يرشون شيئا من ذلك

The Shaykh : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. We have previously mentioned that human hair is pure, and that Abu Talhah (may Allah be pleased with him) was the first to take some of his hair. We explained that when the Messenger (may Allah send prayers and peace upon him) shaved his head, he gave Abu Talhah half of it, specifically the right side, because he did something for which the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) wanted to reward him. We mentioned that he was the one who shaved, but he was not the one who shaved; another person was the shaver, but the Messenger gave it to him for a reason we do not know.
Then the author (may Allah have mercy on him) mentioned here from Hamzah ibn 'Abdullah from his father, who said:
Dogs would urinate and move back and forth in the mosque. كانت الكلاب تبول وتقبل وتدبر في المسجد
Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 1:310

The answer to this is that we say: urinating is a characteristic that does not coincide with moving forward and backward; rather, it was before that, meaning it would urinate and then move forward and backward. Otherwise, it is known that if it urinated in the mosque, it would be obligatory to wash the mosque, just as it is obligatory to wash it from human urine.
And his saying:
and no one would sprinkle over it فلم يرشون شيئا من ذلك
Sunan Abi Dawud 382Sahih (Al-Albani)
