The reciter: Mas'ud narrated to us, saying: Yahya narrated to us from 'Ubayd Allah, who said: Nafi' informed me from 'Abd Allah ibn 'Umar

That the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to plant a spear for him, and he would pray facing it.

أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يركز له الحربة فيصلي إليها
