The Shaykh : What is that?
The student: He says the bankrupts.

The Shaykh : The *mufalikh* with a kaf.
The student: The *mufalis*.

The Shaykh : The *sa'afiqah* are the *mufalis*. So what does he say?
The student: "A people who intend the market for trade without capital, so when the merchants buy something, they enter with them"

The Shaykh :"Except the *sa'afiqah* who have taken it upon themselves to trade in us without a price"
