The Shaykh : His saying: [Ad-Duhaa 93:5] This is the verse we stopped at yesterday.
His saying:[Ad-Duhaa 93:5] Is the intended meaning that He will give it to him in this world, or in this world and the Hereafter?
Answer, O brothers? In this world and the Hereafter, because Allah did not restrict it to the Hereafter, nor did He restrict it to this world. When the Qur'anic or Prophetic texts come in a general form, it is obligatory to keep them general and not restrict them to anything. Allah, Mighty and Majestic, says to His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him):[Ad-Duhaa 93:5] And this includes what He gave him in this world and what He gave him in the Hereafter.
What did He give him in this world? He gave him in this world that Allah opened through him hearts that were sealed, ears that were deaf, and eyes that were blind. Also, Allah expanded for him in provision, and abundant war spoils came, and his righteous successors opened up the east and west of the earth, which is well known.
It is well known that the opening of the east and west of the earth by the righteous successors was only through the call of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him). They opened the people to Islam; they did not open it by their strength, but by the Islam they followed in succession to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). So Allah gave His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) in this world what he was satisfied with, and praise be to Allah. In the Hereafter, He will give him what satisfies him. Yes, He will give him what satisfies him.
And your Lord is going to give you, and you will be satisfied.
