Explanation of the Book of Hajj-10b

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reciter: Sulayman ibn Harb narrated to us, Hammad ibn Zayd narrated to us from Ayyub from Ikrimah from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both), who said:
had sent me from Jam' (i.e. Al-Muzdalifa) at night بعثني رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم من جمع بليل
Sahih al-Bukhari 1677

The Shaykh : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Because he (may Allah be pleased with him) was young, having reached the age of puberty. Can it be said that this sending was a dispensation or a recommended practice? Meaning, do we say that it is recommended for the weak who cannot handle the crowd to move forward and throw the pebbles before the people descend, or do we say that this is merely permissible? What appears to me is the first option: that it is recommended for these people to move forward. This is because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent the weak ones. Furthermore, their moving forward is for a matter related to worship, which is throwing the pebbles with calmness, tranquility, and quietness. This is better than observing the time, as is the rule in all acts of worship. For this reason, we said that the best thing regarding the Isha prayer is what? Delaying it. And if it becomes difficult for the people, the best thing is to advance it, taking into account the conditions of the people.
