The reciter: Khutbah ibn Uthman narrated to us, and Muhammad ibn Hamir narrated to us from Thabit ibn Ajlan, who said: I heard Sa'id ibn Jubayr say: I heard Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) say:
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by a dead goat and said: "What is wrong with its people if they benefited from its hide?" مرّ النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بعنز ميتة فقال : ما على أهلها لو انتفعوا بإهابها
