The reciter: Abdullah ibn Yusuf narrated to us, saying: Malik informed us from Abu al-Zinad from al-A'raj from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:

Allah will not look, on the Day of Resurrection, at a person who drags his Izar (behind him) out of pride and arrogance.

لا ينظر الله يوم القيامة إلى من جر إزاره بطرًا
