The reciter: Muhammad ibn Muqatil narrated to us, Abdullah narrated to us, Hisham ibn Urwah narrated to us from his father from Aisha, who said:
A thief's hand was not cut off for stealing something cheaper than a Hajafa or a Turs (two kinds of shields), each of which was worth a (respectable) price. لم تكن تقطع يد السارق في أدنى من حجفة أو ترس، كل واحد منهما ذو ثمن
