The Shaykh : No, rather, if he already has a cloak on, he does so. We do not say, "Buy a cloak or a robe in order to turn it inside out."

The questioner : If he has a garment on and puts his hands inside it, is he permitted to take it off? And if he wears it without putting his hands inside it, meaning he takes it off and turns it inside out?

The Shaykh : No, I think that if he puts his hands inside it, it is a shirt, and it is not turned inside out.
