Afalah, the brother of Abu al-Qays, came to seek permission to enter upon her جاء أفلح أخو أبي القعيس يستأذن عليها
As-Sunan al-Kubra lil-Nasa'i 30:166
similar to their hadith, and in it
because he is your uncle (not from blood relation, but because you have been nursed by his wife), Taribat Yaminuki. فإنه عمك تربت يمينك
