The reciter: And al-Hasan al-Halwani narrated to us, saying: I heard Yazid ibn Harun, and he mentioned Ziyad ibn Maimun, and said: "I swore that I would not narrate anything from him, nor from Khalid ibn Mudduj. And he said: I met Ziyad ibn Maimun, and I asked him about a hadith, so he narrated it to me from Bakr al-Muzani. Then I returned to him, and he narrated it to me from Murriq. Then I returned to him, and he narrated it to me from al-Hasan. And he attributed lying to both of them.
